For your own safety, you must understand the type of environment our attraction offers before entering at your own risk! We do not know the health conditions of any of our guests, so we require all guests to read and understand all warnings before you enter. Please read the following warnings very carefully before considering attending our events. We do require all guests to follow all rules, regulations and understand you enter at your own risk. Please read all rules listed below. Our warnings are printed on your tickets, warning signs at the attractions, and warnings here on our website. You assume all risk to entering our attraction. Please DO NOT attend our events if you have ANY type of health concerns or issues. DO NOT attend our attraction if you are not physically fit, have pre-existing medical conditions, have poor vision, and especially any type of heart or respiratory condition. READ THIS WARNING BEFORE ENTERING THE HAUNTED HOUSE
The Deadland Haunted House reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, special effects, sudden actions and an overall physically demanding environment. You should NOT ENTER this haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, pregnant, respiratory or any type of medical problem.
DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff.
DO NOT smoke, run, eat or drink inside the attraction. Additionally, there is no touching of the actors, customers, or props inside the attraction. No high heels you must wear shoes. No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items You will not be admitted and asked to leave the property if any of the rules are not followed. You may be removed from inside the attraction without refund.

Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchase price. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction holder agrees to release the operator, it's parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending this attraction.
